1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Cambridge Mobilytics tools (including Site Selection and Leads Discovery), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Cambridge Mobilytics provides AI-powered tools for electric vehicle charging and energy infrastructure, including site selection analysis and business lead discovery. Our services analyse traffic data, demographics, competition, grid infrastructure and more to provide insights and recommendations.

3. User Accounts and Credits

Users must create an account to access our services. One account and one credit balance are shared across all Cambridge Mobilytics tools. Our services operate on a credit-based system:

• Credits are deducted for analyses, re-analyses, lead discovery, enrichment and AI token usage
• Subscription plan credits reset monthly and do not roll over
• Top-up credits expire 1 month from purchase date
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• No refunds are provided for unused credits

4. Data and Analysis

Our analyses are based on third-party data sources and AI-powered insights. While we strive for accuracy:

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any analysis
• Recommendations are for informational purposes only
• Users should conduct their own due diligence before making business decisions
• We are not liable for any business decisions made based on our analyses

5. Intellectual Property

All content, analyses, software, and materials provided through our services are the intellectual property of Cambridge Mobilytics. Users may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Resell or redistribute our analyses to third parties

6. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

• Use the services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated systems to scrape or collect data
• Share account credentials with others

7. Limitation of Liability

Cambridge Mobilytics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to business losses, lost profits, or data loss.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms without prior notice or refund.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
